Permanent Makeup Tattooing, also known as microblading, PMU, powder brows, machine brows, combo brows etc., is a gentle tattooing technique that implants colored pigment into the epidermis of the skin to create a light, makeup look to fill in eyebrows. Although bigger and bolder during the healing week, the color relaxes to give you a much more subtle result. Suitable for clients with full brows who just want more definition, to those with no eyebrow hair, permanent makeup is a great alternative to using your brow pencils every day! Similar to getting your hair done, this is a procedure where touch ups will be needed throughout the years to keep your brows shape and color fresh. Microblading is using a hand held tool to create hair like strokes. This technique is not for everyone. I will discuss the best option for you and your skin during the consult. Powder (machine) brows are suitable for all skin types. Large pores, sun damaged and oily skin do not hold color overly well and require more touch ups. This is a 2 step appointment, spaced 8-12 weeks apart. First appointment is approximately 3 hours and follow up is approximately 2 hours.
